About Us
MCP Clinic is a private institution providing psychological services. Our services include psychodiagnostics, nutritional psychology, therapy—individual, couples, and family—coaching, and clinical social work. We also offer therapy in English, French, and Spanish. This wide range of services is possible thanks to our team of professionals, who bring diverse experience and various types of training. As a result, we are well-prepared to work successfully with all types of issues. At our clinic, we place great importance on continuous education. Every member of our team consistently works on their expertise, publishes, and has a deep passion for the field. Regular supervision is a given for all team members, ensuring the highest standards of care. The clinic's founders, Klára Dušková and Daniel Tůma, have been confronted throughout their careers with the challenges of working in helping professions. They have experienced firsthand how difficult it is to make a tangible impact in fields where success is not always visibly measurable or easily defined—where the goal is simply to help those in need. Both worked in institutions where it was challenging to advocate for the importance of psychological and social support alongside medical and biological care.Their professional paths crossed during a psychological training program, where they discovered not only shared experiences but also a common vision of what a truly professional psychological services workplace should look like. It took a long time to bring this vision to life, but today, it has become a reality. MCP Clinic is now based in the heart of Prague, in the beautiful former Rienghofer Palace on Kartouzská Street. Here, a team of professionals awaits clients with a true calling for their work. They not only possess expertise but also the essential human qualities needed to support people in difficult life situations. Receiving expert care is crucial, but understanding, support, and empathy make the first step toward seeking help much easier. We understand that making this decision is not always simple. Speaking out loud—especially to a stranger—about personal struggles can be incredibly difficult. However, if you find the courage to take that step and seek our help, you will receive it with the utmost understanding, complete confidentiality, and professionalism
