Couples therapy is for couples who want to improve their relationships, communication and overcome conflicts. Our unique method uses two therapists, allowing for an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of your relationship dynamics. We work with you to strengthen your partnership and find effective solutions to your problems.
Therapy led by one therapist can create a sense of greater safety and reduce the possibility of being overwhelmed by multiple insights. One therapist also means one comprehensive view of the relationship and its dynamics. This form of therapy is also more affordable.
Therapy conducted by two therapists offers the possibility of representing different perspectives, allowing for a greater sense of impartiality. Two therapists can more effectively capture the subtle nuances in communication and interaction between partners, contributing to a deeper understanding of relationship issues. This form of therapy offers a more holistic approach overall, which is enhanced by the fact that therapists can share their insights and complement each other, increasing the effectiveness of the therapy.
Dear clients,
I consider partnership and intimacy to be a great art of life, and therefore anyone who has been searching for answers to questions related to this topic all their life is close to me.
I try to offer my experience to couples and couples, I like to have respectful and balanced meetings where both get enough space and where in the safe environment of a professional service we can also get to topics that often have no time left in our ordinary and fast-paced lives focused on practical concerns.
In my life as a psychologist, I have had to learn and accept the fact that couples therapy does not always have to end in love forever, but also in a dignified and respectful breakup. However, I still believe that "omnia vincit amor". My mother taught me that phrase. And my brother the phrase "love is not an obligation". And all my life I've been searching for harmony, meaning and fulfillment in this dyad.
I think love has all these forms, but the hardest thing is to protect it, to maintain it and to manage its changes...and maybe even its finality?
Sincerely,
PhD. Daniel Tůma, M.A., BA.
Dear clients,
Relationships are an important part of our lives, but they can be challenged by everyday concerns or misunderstandings. Couples therapy will provide a safe space for you to share feelings and thoughts openly.
In therapy together we will find ways to improve communication and understanding in your relationship. The goal is not only to address current issues, but also to create a solid foundation for long-term well-being in your relationship. I look forward to helping you on this journey.
Sincerely,
Mgr. Klára Dušková
